I have attached the Champs Packet from Norwood. Not much has changed from what we sent out the other day. Please read through the packet and let us know if you have any questions. We will also go over the packet at the Pasta Lunch on Sunday as well. 

Things to Note:

-Warm-ups Monday will be from 7:45-8:15. The coaches are not requiring swimmers to warm up during this time. If your swimmer doesn't warm-up in our block, they would like to see them get in the pool during Sprints which is 8:15-8:45. 

-You will be able to pay admission fees/heat sheet cost with Zelle. This usually requires pre-registration through your bank so please check into this ahead of time or bring CASH!

-The only change to admission fees is there will be an All-Day Pass for Monday. It will be $8.

-We still have a few volunteer spots to fill for Championships. Each family should cover 1 volunteer spot. We are required to turn these names in ahead of time. Please let me know if this presents a problem. 

-Spectators will not be allowed on the pool deck unless you are a volunteer registered timer. There are bleachers set up for spectators. They are behind the pool fence, but we have been assured these are still great seats to watch a race and you will still be able to see your swimmer swim. 

-Parking will be at Factory 52. There will be a shuttle running between the pool and Factory 52. Otherwise, we were told it is about a 10 minute walk. 

-Our tent is for Swimmers and their families, but please make sure that our swimmers get spots in the shade first. (Sorry this has to be said)

-Our team area is OUR responsibility. The turf field is brand new and they are asking that we lay tarps or blankets down so we don't destroy the field. We are not allowed to put stakes into the turf, if you choose to bring your own tent. 

-Concession stands at the football stadium will be open during all sessions. Proceeds will support Norwood Sports and Norwood Aquatics. 

Please make sure you sign up for the Pasta Lunch by Saturday Morning. We want to have an accurate count to make sure we have enough food for everyone.
