Hi all!

Our PASTA LUNCH is July 14 from 2:00-3:30 pm, located inside the Springdale Rec in Rooms A, B, and C. We only have a few dishes signed up, so if you are available to, please bring some food! We have about 53 swimmers participating in Championships, and we want to make sure each swimmer is carb-loaded and prepared for the following two days of Championships!

Parents, we will be sending out the Championship packet before Sunday, so please let us know if there are any questions while reading through it. We will also be going through the packet at the Pasta Lunch to make sure everyone receives all of the information! One piece of info that I think is especially important is that the entry and heat sheets both cost $5 each and it is CASH ONLY at the gate, so please make sure that you have cash with you or you will not be able to enter the meet.
